These terms apply to the website and online tools operated by AAA Event Rentals & Decor in Lafayette, Louisiana. The rental of items and services themselves is governed by your signed rental agreement, which controls if there is any conflict with these website terms.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but some content is informational:

• Prices, packages and availability shown online are estimates and may change until confirmed in a written quote.
• Photos show our work and inventory, but colors and finishes may vary slightly in person.
• Website content does not guarantee that a specific item is available for your date — availability is confirmed when you book.

Quotes, bookings & payments

How an online interaction becomes a real reservation:

• A quote is an offer, not a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the quote is accepted and the required deposit is received.
• Deposits and payments made online or recorded in your portal are applied to your event balance.
• Online payment processing, when available, is handled by our secure payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
• Rental, damage, cancellation and delivery terms are set out in your signed rental agreement and our Rental Policies page.

Your account

If you create a customer account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and event information.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use the portal only for your own events and bookings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to access other customers' information, interfering with the site's operation, scraping or copying content in bulk, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the AAA name and logo, photos, videos, text and design — belongs to AAA Event Rentals & Decor or its licensors and may not be copied, reused or distributed without our written permission.

Third-party links

Our site links to social platforms and services we use (such as Instagram and Facebook). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites.
